If the current level of information could be lifed into the mass market, obvious socio-economic gains are awaiting and a substantial amount of energy can be saved. Therefore, this project is a proposal for a secretariat for sustainable urban housing that will contribute to an accelerated development toward sustainable urban housing. The secretariat has two main objectives: 1) to speed up innovation and 2) to stimulate market development.
