Hide general information
The aim of the programme is to design a new approach to heat distribution and heat penetration applicable to industrial scale modern batch type overpressure rotary retorts under normal processing conditions and conditions of process deviation. This includes the development of: 1. modus operandi for preparing heat distribution and penetration tests 2. GMP guidelines and operational guidelines for such retorts 3. Guidelines for corrective actions to be taken under conditions of process deviations.
