INCLUSION IS THE GOAL 2. DIALOGUE IS THE INSTRUMENT 3. DESIGN IS THE TARGET These ideas generated four strategic SandT objectives: 1. DEFINITION 2. DIRECTION 3. ROADMAP 4.
