	Main research interests include the pathogenesis and immunotherapy of psoriasis and melanoma with a special emphasis on the role of dendritic cells in inflammatory and neoplastic skin diseases. We employ an integrated multidisciplinary approach with the aim to translate research findings from the bench to the bedside and to develop novel diagnostics and therapeutics for the benefit of patients with inflammatory skin disease or skin cancer.
