Extrapolation of results on significative sample. Definition of rules to transfert public fundings to implement performing materials rather then strengthening electrical line.

Select 1 or 2 electrical network with a panel of representative users (domestic, farms, medium factory). Equip of electric consumption mesurements, along the line from the transformer to the users' equipements on electric heating, heating water, specific agricultural or industrial using. Electric household appliances will be extrapoled from the results of SAVE projects managed in Drôme and Saône et Loire (France). Measure the real power and energy consumption use, compile them to identify the previsible results obtain by using performing equipments. Harmonic pollution will be measured on all sites. After this first winter of measurement, the adapted and optimized equipments will be plug by specialised firm. Measure the new power and energy consumption during winter and calculate the true effect of using DSM in rural use.
